Make It Monday #109 Take 2

Here is the close-up of my second card. I put so much ink out I couldn't  help
                                                                           but make another card.

In this card I used The Sweet Life and Mini Blooms stamp sets.

Here are the two cards I made using this technique.
I hope you guys enjoyed!

Have a wonderful weekend!.

Make It Monday #109: Watercolor Stamping Plus Embossing

Hello Everyone! Happy Friday!
Just a quick post playing along with MIM at Papertrey Ink.
This week's challenge is to incorporate Watercolor stamping and Embossing.
I enjoyed my take on this, though the hard part for me was to what color to use for
my stamping since I do not have many re-inkers in my stash.

For my first card I used the Happy Hydrangeas and Mini Blooms stamp sets.
The re- inkers I used were the Fine Linen and Lavender Moon.
After stamping and have attained the color I wanted then let it dry.
Then embossed it with the same stamp with white embossing power.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Have a wonderful weekend!.

Sending Birthday Wishes

I just want to share this Birthday card using Cutting Garden and Fancy Folk Art.
If you can see the leaves here its kinda faded, because after stamping in Simply Chartreuse ink
I brushed it with a little water just to make it look like watercolor effect. Although the
photo does not do justice on it. I also added the Orange Sequins from Michaels.

In this card you can see that I added some pop dots for my sentiments
"wishes to you". I also stamped this sentiment on Aqua Mist cardstock.
I also used Glitters by Martha Stewart add on the blooms. The orange Resin flowe
you see here is from one of the Etsy store online.

The border you see on top of the card is from the old collection of Just Rite Stamps
called Lace Borders. I heat embossed it with Zing Embossing Powder the color I used is
Brown Sugar. The card base is Kraft & Rustic Cream card stock from Papertrey Ink.
Now, the heart border that you see at the bottom of the sentiment is from
Simon Says Stamps Envelope Sentiments. As you can see at the side of the card
that I really distressed it, I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Walnut Stain & Vintage Photo
Finally, the designer grey polka dot paper you see
is from Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Collection

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Thank you for looking.

Sequins March Blog Hop @ PTI

Hello Bloggers, its another Blog Hop at Papertrey Ink. Its about trying the new trend
Sequins. In this card I used the silver sequins I have in my old stash. I liked how it turned out.
The stamps I used in my card are the Papertrey Ink Birthday StyleBountiful Banners, and Hello Foxy.
If you are interested in seeing these stamps just click the names above, to do directly to Papertrey Ink website.

The card base is Lemon Tart from Papertrey Ink, and for the background for this card I use the White Card stock from Papertrey. I distress the card with Hawaiian Shores ink for the sky, Simply Chartreuse ink for the base of this card, Lemon Tart, and for the splotches I used Soft Stone ink. I also used Dark Chocolate for the foxy and for the sentiment. Here's the link for the ink pads: Ink by Color. As for the balloons in the pink balloon I add some stickles. As for the pink ink is from Stephanie Bernard.

I hope you guys liked it!

Have a very good Tuesday.

Hello - hug enclosed

Hello Bloggers, finally its Friday!
I just want to share this card I made, I used this cute little girl stamp from TiddlyInks its called
bloom-beautifully clear stamp, (just click the bold words to go there directly).

I colored this tiddlyinks with copics and fussy cut her. I added some stickles on her shirt, skirt, and add bling on her hair bow. In this card I used the paper from Prima(Lyric Collection 'overture') as the background for my card. I love how the paper has that wood effect on it. As for the die-cut I used the new Wonderful Words Hello from papertreyink. I used the foil paper to get the shiny effect on the die. I like it on how it turned out. The wood veneer from Hearts & Arrows  from Studio Calico, i just colored it with copics to achieved that color. I also used the new stamp set from Simon Says Stamp designed by Kristina Werner the Envelope Sentiments. I also so used some of the added some washi for added interest.

Here's another look of the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed it!
Thank you for looking.
