Card Share - So Grateful

Hello Everyone, I am just sharing this card I made using the Wplus9 Birds & Branches Frame.
This is one of my favorite frame from Wplus9.

To begin, I started die-cutting the frame from a watercolor cardstock, and watercolored it including the birds. While it dries, I cut more of the frame 3 more times and stacked & glued them all together.

Next, I cut a vellum panel same size as the frame panel and stamped the sentiment from Wplus9 Fanciful Feathers stamp set. The sentiment is stamped first with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I then arranged it that the vellum panel is behind the frame and adhered on the card.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

Thank You So Very Much

Hello Everyone, I have been experimenting with the new Wplus9 February 2015 Released Botanical Bunch stamp set. I paired with Hand Lettered ThanksFanciful Feathers stamp sets, and Foliage Frame die set.

To begin my card I stamped the Botanical Bunch on a watercolor paper using the Versamark ink and heat embossed it with a white embossing powder. This is really a simple to do card once I figured out the Distress inks I want to use, I can easily multiply the process pretty quick.

In this card I used the Distress inks in Peacock Feather (background), Wild Honey (tiny flowers), Picked Raspberry (the three center flowers), Crushed Olive (on leaves).

Once the watercolored image already dried I stamped the sentiment "Thank you" from Fanciful Feathers stamp set and "so very much" from Hand Lettered Thanks stamp set. This sentiment is stamped in Versamark ink first then heat embossed in gold embossing powder.

Next, I adhered the die-cuts using the Foliage Frame that I stacked on top of each, I die-cut 3 times to give that dimension. Finally I adhered it on cream cardstock and the card is done. Really simple :)
I hope you will this a give a try.

I hope you enjoyed!

In a Word: Cheers Cutaway

Hello Everyone, welcome back to Winnie & Walter's a week to die for Cutaways.
For today's project I used the new In A Word: Cheers Cutaway, Big Bang Confetti and The Party Confetti Cutaways.

To begin my card I first created a half circle on the front panel by only die-cutting half of the circle die, and then die-cutting the In A Word: Cheers Cutaway below the half of the circle die-cut. Once everything is cut I put back all of the pieces from the cheers die-cut and stamped the striped image from Scenery: Stripes stamp set.

Next, I die-cut more of the cheers word in a separate cardstock and adhered at the back of the colored cheers die below, to give it a more dimension look on the die-cut. I also stamped the front panel with Scenery: Big Bang Bling stamp set all over the card and adhered the strip of black cardstock with "congratulations" sentiment from Parentville Extras stamp set.

For the inside of the shaker, I added the die-cut from Big Bang Confetti and The Party Confetti Cutaways. I also included some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Gold and Lemon Meringue in flat.

I hope you guys enjoyed!

The Big, the Bold Cutaways

Hello Everyone, this week Winnie & Walter and the team are showcasing the recent released Cutaways from January 2015. For my card today I used, The Big, the Bold and Party Cutaways.

To begin I die-cut several of the "celebrate" from the The Big, the Bold and Party Cutaways. I then glued all the die-cuts on the light gray panel to create a die-cut background for my panel. This will also work to use different colored die-cuts for the background of the panel.

Next, I stamped, colored, and fussy cut the door, windows, and flower plant from the This Awesome House stamp set, to create a welcome home card.  The sentiment is stamped on a strip of black cardstock. To finish off the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins.

I hope you enjoyed!

Hello Everyone, I am back with Wplus9 February 2015 Release Previews.

Today I am showcasing this beautiful image by Dawn.
Pick of the Litter stamp set.

 Sending Sunshine dies

To begin my card I stamped my images from Pick of the Litter stamp set, then color them with copics. For the girl's dress I added some dots using Copics for added design on the dress.

The flower that the kitty is holding is from the Unforgettable stamp set. Next, I colored the ground gray and the background in Aqua color in BG10.

Next, I die-cut the frame 5 times to create an elevated frame with out using the foam tape and adhered the clear acetate behind first frame before adhering it with the rest of the frames. I couldn't help it, I have to make a shaker card with this pretty frame.

This is just a note: The first frame was die-cut on watercolor paper and did some watercolor with with it.

I hope you enjoyed the Day 1 previews (HERE) so far, but today I am showcasing another ellie set called Bubble Talk stamp set. This set also have a matching coordinating dies.

For today's project I created a baby card with this cute ellie using the past released

Next, I stamped the ellie and the bubble talk "hello" sentiment on the white cardstock, then colored the ellie with Copics and created the hill using my pencil. The hill was colored with Copics as well then fussy cut all together.

Next, I cut a Kraft cardstock panel smaller than an A2 card and distress the bottom of the panel then adhered on the card base. Next, I adhered my fussy cut combined images and adhered with foam tape. To finish off the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear in 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm to represent as a bubble.

For this next project I then again used the Bubble Talk stamp set and the upcoming Hello Trio dies.  I also used the Coordinating Bubble Talk die set to cut the cut ellie.

For this project I created a bubble talk for the ellie using the Hello Trio die set.

To begin I cut a white cardstock panel smaller than an A2 card and stamp the sentiment "i miss you" on the bottom of the panel using the Wplus9 Coconut Husk dye ink. I then stamped the cute ellie on a watercolored paper, colored her and die-cut.

Wplus9 - February Release Previews Day 1

Hello Everyone, welcome to Day 1 Wplus9 February 2015 Release Previews.
Today I am sharing some cards using the adorable ellie stamp set called Unforgettable this set also have a Coordinating Unforgettable dies. I am also using the upcoming Sending Sunshine die for ( (stitched clouds, and sun).

To begin my card I first stamp this adorable ellie on a watercolor paper using Versafine ink in Smokey Gray. Next, I drew a circle below the ellie as if he can sit on top of the balloon and can be carried by the wind. Then I watercolored the balloon and once its dry I fussy cut and stamped the sentiment from Unforgettable stamp set "not to get carried away but you are kind of amazing".

Next, I watercolor another watercolor paper for the panel for my card with Distress ink using Tumbled Glass, just very lightly. Once its all dry, I adhered the ellie on top of the balloon, sun, and clouds with foam tape. I also added some natural twine on the balloon, added some splatter using Mister Huey's Classic Tan.

To finish off the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh Lemon Meringue sequins.

For my second project I created a window card this time avoiding to make another shaker, but this would be so perfect with a shaker right? I used the Sending Sunshine die again in this project, Unforgettable stamp set, and the past released Heartfelt Mix stamp set for the clothes line image and sentiments.

To begin my card I first created some clouds background using the new Wplus9 ink called Bo Peep a very pretty light blue and the past released Lake House dye ink. I then stamped the clothes line image from the Heartfelt Mix using the Wplus9 past released ink in Coconut Husk.

Next, I used another white cardstock panel for my window and distress it with another new upcoming ink from Wplus9 in Falling Stars dye ink, really pretty muted yellow ink.

Next, I die-cut a window using the Sending Sunshine dies. Then colored, die-cut another one of the cute ellie image from Unforgettable stamp set. I also added some bows on her ears, the bows are included on the set as well and added the fussy cut sentiments from Heartfelt Mix stamp set.
